oh no guys! i think i’m busy on the 23th.

today i was required to sit at home all day and wait for the UPS man. we don’t know what the package is that we’re waiting on, but we know that UPS left us a note saying that sometime between 10am and 5pm they will be attempting to deliver this package for the LAST time.

SO. here i was at 1130 am watching Barney when i noticed some new orange dipshit on there.

I had to let all my friends know about this. The text i sent said “There is a new dinosaur on Barney. WTF?”

This morning i was eating this cereal that is really good. it is called “Oh’s”. It’s kind of funny because the cereal pieces are shaped like O’s but the cereal is so good it makes you say “OH!” so you know. Oh’s. how punny.  But basically i was thinking about something. here is the intro to my thinking:

I’ve been sending lots of mixed signals to people as far as what kind of boyfriend I want. And by sending mixed signals i mean just making lots of conflicting statements that they dont really care about unless they are Sasha because girls care. And i’ve said that i want an Indie boyfriend, an Indian boyfriend, and Indie Indian who attend Indiana University (LOL AMIRITE?). I’ve said i want my boyfriend to be Jon from Jon and Kate + 8 or Bradford Cox or even Barack Obama. But really I think i’ve boiled all of this information to one thing.

I just want a boyfriend who dresses like he is in the sandlot.

hey/hay/hei is for horses. i wish i still had that shirt.

i knit. not well, but i knit. I basically knit things that are rectangular. Scarves…and well. scarves. but i happen to like scarves and so do my friends. So it works out. I dont even really do fancy scarves. I sometimes insert a stripe, but i think i do it the wrong way. whatever. it works for me. But i think knitting is a good way to pass time and do something productive during time that would generally be unproductive. When i am on the train or in a car (and not driving) or watching TV or listening to a lecture in class knitting is awesome. Once you get the point where you can do it mindlessly its just a matter of muscle memory and your hands just do it. I just gave away one of these aforementioned rectangular projects to a friend of mine. Bradford Cox of Atlas Sound. He’s a good guy. He really like this scarf. I gave it to him and he was like “YOU MADE THIS!? This is so cool! Its so 1993! I LOVE 1993!” the perfect reaction. anyways. he went on to say how he wished he knew how to knit and that he used to do cross stitching projects when he was a kid.

So i guess i’m not as hip to the internet scene as i thought i was. I was whining to my friend Ian about this essay we have to write for our Comp class thats due tomorrow. He told me he wanted to do it on Dax Flame but he knew he couldn’t. I was like “who the flipz is dax flame?” and he was like YOUTUBE NOW. so i did. THIS GUY IS AWESOME. not only is he like kinda cute, he is hilarious. i was totally taking it seriously for a while, but i think that i’m pretty sure this is just a persona he puts on for internet glory, which is totally okay with me. here is one of the videos that i’ve watched so far that made me “EL OH EL” like a few times.
