not that it wasnt super ugly before, but i wanted to change this up.

whatever. i’ll get a chance sometime to make this somewhat pretty. i wish i  still had my mad xanga formatting skillz.

also: this is not some sort of april fools i’m-just-making-this-ugly-for-a-joke thing because if that was the case, i would have some idea how to put this all back the way it was….whateverrrrr

so my embroidery deal was due at school today. i didnt finish even though i spent almost 12 hours this weekend working on it.

here is as far as i got. i’ll probably have to wait a while to work on it again because its now turned in…

i am not happy with it lately. the rush kind of ruined it for me. i feel like the nose is starting to make him look a little bit like a bison. whatever. sorry brad.

2 things to cover.

–My friend julian and i spend a lot of time lately playing with his ipod touch because its still a novelty to be able to use the internet on a little tiny hand held thing during anatomy class. Not when we are supposed to be working. we had a substitute i swear. but anyways. so i tried to post a blog from the ipod but it was a no go for entering text into anything other than the title box.

–ronak is a friend of mine who was fed up with not being mentioned in this blog while many of our other friends were mentioned. I had actually intended to post an entire essay dedicated to him complete with a picture of him and everything. the day i had intended to do it during third period the computers in the school were down and then i had to do work the rest of the week and then i went to boston early saturday morning. i got into chicago at 830 am this morning at took the blue line train to school to take some finals. So obviously there has been no time for me to dedicate a post to ronak. but i suppose this is a bit of one. ronak is cool. here is a picture:

but yeah. sorry for that silly xanga-circa 7th grade- title only-post.

in other news: major progress on the embroidery project. pictures to come later…

I saw the movie Juno twice this week. Thursday and today. It was pretty great both times. I was already a big fan of kimya dawson so the music was good. Michael Cera is a beautiful human being so that was nice too. Ellen Page is really adorable and a great actress. I cried the second time i saw it. It made me want to be a teen mother. I arranged for my friend to impregnate me. Just kidding. Don’t ground me or anything Mom and Dad. But it did feel like it was a film inspired by parts of my life. Inspired very very very loosely. Like here is an example of how the inspiration would go. A cat looked at a dog –> A CAT MAULED A DOGS FACE OFF AND THE DOG STILL WAS ALIVE AND BIT A PERSON WHO WAS NICE BECAUSE HE HAD NO EYES TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN THE CAT AND THE PERSON.

(by the way, animals can’t love. they arent self aware.)

but the music was good. the mix of lowbrow humor with highbrow humor and emotional circumstances was flawless. It might have sucked to see it with me the second time though because i reacted to everything in the movie about 3 seconds before it happened. sorry danny/kyle
