Special Instructions
Our special instructions were something along the lines of the following:
“please make our pizza with love. and by love i mean as much love as is humanly possible. Also please include a pinch of good luck and stardust. Does this order include a unicorn?”
When we recieved our pizza, the box looked like this:

this picture is to let you know i haven’t fallen off the face of the earth*.
*like that could happen. gravity FTW.
quick statements:
i found this picture while searching for random letter combinations. this came from searching ‘blong’
cough syrup is great for coughs/sleep(but probably not as it is 3:14AM EST and i am still awake. ugh.)
i have been using my ipod more lately.
ate too many cookies today
mad urges to embroider lately. i really wish i hadnt left my supplies at home.
birthday is on Monday. 19 yall.
i am dehydrated.
i am dirty. n33d 2 shower.
laundry is expensive.
I am reading the diary of anne frank for the first time since 3rd grade. I brought it along on our trip to Italy. I remember being sprawled out on the textured bedspread in the room we rented in Florence, red fuzzballs occasionally floating up and landing on the pages.
coincidentally the next book on my nightstand/fridge is the Night trilogy by Eli Wiesel. Following that some book Sasha’s mother told her she had to read before she was intellectually permitted to read Nietzsche. Perhaps a less depressing book is in order.
maybe?
i am taking typography next semester. should i spring for the 75 bucks and get this ampersand shaped cutting board for my teacher for an guaranteed a?
in other news:
i used a new tag today. “Books” strange it hadn’t come up before considering i enjoy reading and up until a few weeks ago my mothers job was to edit book reviews, write book reviews and read books(what i’m getting at is that i had a lot of free books).

Leaves and I have a L0VE-H8 relationship.
But I DO like the fall colors. To be honest, one of my reasons for choosing Indiana University was the trees. I visited last year just as the trees were starting to turn colors and I was pretty much sold on the place. Well, that is a lie because I pretty much hated the idea of the entire state of Indiana until like 5 months ago, but it was a selling point for sure. This is the part of the post where I’d like to post a picture of the pretty leaves on campus, but its dark outside. so Here is a picture of what you would see if you were my laptop and tilted slightly to your left/my right:

streetlamp that keeps me up. ugh. h8 you.
also: that is not the moon at the top of the window, its an obama poster. obama=so into circles. srsly. so progressive.
here is a picture I did not take of fall leaves at IU:

in other news: OBAMA WON YALL. if you read the first post on this blog over 2 years ago, you would know that i predicted this long long ago. I win.
::edit::
here is a picture from my shitty phone camera. check out the foliage yall.

cop out
i had a big fight with my sensei at japanese camp about who would get to play ‘i will follow you into the dark’ for the talent show. but it wound up that there were too many people signing up to play so senseis couldnt participate and i wound up playing sufjan stevens anyways.

annyeong ha se oh
when i asked her later what she wanted me to get her from korea she said “just get me something that reminds you of me.” and i said “sarah little. Its korea. EVERYTHING is going to remind me of you.” which is true. most things have made me think of her. a lot of it that i wish she and my other super close friends were here to enjoy it all with me. Its wonderful to have these amazing experiences with choir and stuff but it kind of stinks that they are limited to my choir friends…not that i dont love them and stuff, i just wish i had all my homies. nahmsayin?
singing at the dmz was really cool. It was surprisingly much more of a light hearted event than i expected. First of all, everysingle guard we saw, and we saw A LOT, was a mega hottie. all of them. super super hot. and they let me practice my korean on them…and my korean is pretty much saying “saran he” which means i love you. so basically lots of korean army guys know that i love them…. we sang some songs about peace which was cool. And we tied ribbons with wishes for korea onto the fence dividing the two countries while dozens of tv stations filmed and photographers took pictures like we were big celebrities. an experience for sure. time for some dinner….yummmmmmmm…. later cats..

a list of attributes
so mom and i were on our own for dinner last night and i had spent the day bumming around while she was busy bringing in those dollars. So being the fantastic daughter that i am….

we had great shrimpies and pasta. soooo good. too bad i got a little excited and jumped the gun serving dinner before i had gotten the salad together. but whatever. we can skip our greenies one day. no biggie.
in other news, i graduated high school last friday. It was great. It is kind of weird to know i’ll never be going backthere to do any learning. No official goodbye. Strange.
oh and that special thing i mentioned a few posts back and never got around to was asking my pal jesse to prom. I will post pictures of how i did it as soon as i can hassle Sasha for her memory card.
